{"id":16,"date":"2024-08-19T03:33:20","date_gmt":"2024-08-19T03:33:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alt-design.tech\/wp\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2025-12-28T02:09:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-27T19:09:53","slug":"message","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/alt-design.tech\/en\/company\/message\/","title":{"rendered":"Message from the CEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2>Designing the \u201cspark\u201d that moves people to action.<\/h2>\n<p>Alt Design Office was founded in Bangkok in 2018.<br \/>\nWhat we strive for is to use the power of design to inspire people to take action.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When a website makes you want to reach out and inquire.<\/li>\n<li>When a company you encounter at an exhibition makes you want to learn more.<\/li>\n<li>When a social media post sparks interest in a product or service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How can we create those moments that motivate people to move?<br \/>\nDesigning and realizing those moments is what we do.<\/p>\n<p>\nI have spent more than 20 years as a university researcher in Japan and Thailand, studying human behavior and decision-making processes.<br \/>\nIn parallel, I served as a staff member at the Japan Foundation Bangkok, where I was involved in large-scale event planning and coordination, as well as other government-related projects.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAt universities, I have also been engaged in the planning and management of academic conferences, creating spaces where researchers and practitioners can come together and engage in meaningful dialogue.<br \/>\nObserving how people gather, interact, and build relationships\u2014both from a research and a practical perspective\u2014has become the foundation of my work today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCurrently, we operate from both Bangkok and Tokyo, working with a wide range of clients, from startups to public institutions.\n<\/p>\n<p>Our work spans web production, support for companies expanding into Thailand, brand development, and the design and operation of exhibition booths.<br \/>\nIt also extends to supporting projects that communicate social themes such as sustainability, DX, and decarbonization.<\/p>\n<p>What all of these efforts share is a careful consideration of \u201cwho\u201d we are communicating with, \u201cwhat\u201d we want to convey, and \u201chow\u201d to deliver it effectively.<br \/>\nBy refining this process, we create designs that go beyond appearance and achieve real impact.<\/p>\n<p>We do not see design as mere decoration.<br \/>\nInstead, we focus on how companies can effectively communicate their value and encourage meaningful action and decision-making.<br \/>\nDesigning the intent and meaning behind the form\u2014this is what we believe gives design its true power.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to deliver the greatest possible results at a fair and appropriate cost,<br \/>\nand to remain a reliable partner who can be counted on when it truly matters.<br \/>\nThat is what we mean by \u201chonest and sincere creativity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moving forward, we will continue to leverage the power of design and technology, together with insights gained from both research and practice,<br \/>\nto create the \u201ctriggers\u201d that help people and society move forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hiroyuki Nobuto<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Founder &#038; CEO, Alt Design Office<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Designing the \u201cspark\u201d that moves people to action.
