In this website project, our challenges were carefully listened to and thoroughly understood from the very beginning. The product list was then reorganized by category, which transformed previously complex and confusing information into a clear and structured layout. As a result, customers can now quickly find what they are looking for, and the overall usability of the site has improved dramatically.
The search function was also enhanced, allowing not only keyword searches but also filtering by use case and product features. This enables users to discover the most suitable products from multiple perspectives, and we have already received positive feedback from our sales team such as “easier to search” and “much more user-friendly.”
During the production phase, competitor research was conducted to identify what others offer and what differentiates us.
