A research paper by our company representative, Shindo, has been published in the academic journal “Cities and Society,” published by the Urban Research Plaza, a Joint Usage and Research Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology .
Title: “Connecting Thai society and art: the practice of art managers and future challenges”
Page: pp.98-104
Comment from our CEO, Shindo:
In this research paper , we investigated the method of attracting people to events using art through detailed document review and interviews, as well as the history of the methods actually used to attract people to events in Thailand.
We also interviewed the key people running the event and the participants
to consider and propose improvements that should be made to the current methods of attracting attendees .
After reading this far, many of you may be thinking, ” This has nothing to do with website creation…”
However, when it comes to thinking about attracting customers and creating excitement,
the roots are actually the same.
For example, when we create a campaign site (LP), we consider
measures such as “how to acquire customers” and “how to create a system to sell products and services” based on
data analysis, market and competitive research, and product and service research, then we
create the page structure and propose it to the client.
The investigations in this phase actually originated from research methods in sociology and cultural anthropology.
In recent years , the term “UX research” has spread to the public, and opportunities for researchers to support businesses have increased.
Offline events (i.e. limited spaces such as communities) are held to attract customers,
while online campaigns (i.e. limited spaces such as websites) are held.
In fact , I pointed out that the fundamental research methods and thinking are the same for both !
I hope you will pick up a copy and read it!
