We are pleased to announce that our representative, Hiroyuki Nobuto, has contributed to the Japan-Thailand Business Forum (JTBF) relay essay series, writing on the theme of “Exhibitions as Catalysts for Community Engagement.”
In this article, Nobuto draws on insights gained through Alt Design Office’s support for the design, construction, and management of the JETRO Japan Pavilion at the international exhibition ASEW (Asia Sustainable Energy Week), held in Bangkok in July 2025 in the fields of decarbonization and sustainable energy.
The essay highlights how exhibitions can go beyond serving as business opportunities to function as spaces where nations, companies, and visitors mutually inspire one another—generating communities that foster new possibilities for the future of Japan-Thailand relations.
