JETRO DX Event Promotion Website
Information Architecture and Website Development to Drive Participation in a DX Event
We were responsible for planning and developing a dedicated promotional website for a DX-focused event organized by JETRO.
The site was created to support participant engagement and increase attendance for the event.
The website was designed to clearly communicate the purpose and value of the event, helping potential participants understand
why the event was relevant to them and how it could benefit their business.
Rather than functioning as a simple announcement page, the site was structured to lower the barrier to participation
through clear messaging and well-organized user flows.
Background & Challenges
While interest in DX-related initiatives is high, many companies struggle to determine how such events relate to their own businesses.
Information tends to be highly technical or policy-oriented, making it difficult for decision-makers and on-site staff to engage.
This project addressed the challenge of translating complex, institutional information into accessible and actionable content.
Our Approach
1. User-Oriented Information Architecture
We structured the site around the participant’s perspective, clarifying the purpose of the event,
who it is for, and what attendees can expect to gain.
The focus was placed on communicating value rather than simply listing program details.
2. Content Planning and Copywriting
Technical terminology was minimized to ensure accessibility for non-specialists.
The copy was designed to guide readers naturally toward participation, using clear and practical language.
3. Design and UI Direction
The visual design balances credibility and approachability, maintaining a professional tone without feeling overly formal.
Special attention was paid to readability and usability on mobile devices.
4. Production and Launch Management
We handled coordination with all stakeholders, managed revisions, and oversaw the publishing process to ensure a smooth launch.
Results
By clearly presenting the event’s purpose and benefits, the site helped increase engagement and lowered the psychological barrier to participation.
Rather than serving as a simple announcement page, it functioned as a practical entry point that encouraged users to take the next step toward participation.
