Japan Tour 2025
Operational Support for JETRO-led Business Delegation
In November 2025, we provided full operational support for the “Japan Tour” organized by JETRO Bangkok.
The program invited Thai business leaders to Japan to experience Japanese technologies and business practices firsthand.
It included company visits, seminars, and networking sessions, requiring precise coordination and on-site management.
Overview
- Period: November 25–28, 2025
- Organizer: JETRO Bangkok
- Locations: Tokyo (Shinjuku, Kiyose, Roppongi, Iidabashi, Toranomon, etc.)
Main Scope of Work
Tour Planning & On-site Management
We were responsible for designing the overall itinerary, coordinating with relevant stakeholders,
managing accommodations, and overseeing on-site operations throughout the program.
We ensured smooth execution by responding flexibly to real-time changes and requirements.

The tour included visits and business sessions at the following organizations:
- Obayashi Corporation – Technical Research Institute (Kiyose)
- Innoqua (Iidabashi)
- ASUENE (Toranomon)
- JETRO Headquarters (Roppongi)
At each location, we provided interpretation support and facilitated smooth communication to ensure productive exchanges.
Logistics & On-site Coordination
- Arrangement and management of chartered buses
- Coordination of Japanese–Thai bilingual coordinators and interpreters experienced in VIP handling
- Accommodation management for 10 participants over three nights
- On-site troubleshooting and schedule adjustments
Throughout the multi-day program, we ensured that all participants could focus on the content without logistical concerns.
Production
- Custom photo boards for documentation and media use
- Original commemorative pin badges for participants
All materials were designed and produced specifically for on-site use.
Outcomes
The tour enabled direct dialogue between Japanese and Thai organizations, helping both sides gain a deeper understanding of each other’s needs and potential areas of collaboration.
Rather than a one-time visit, the program served as a meaningful step toward long-term partnership development.
