JETRO Bangkok “Decarbonization Startup Tour in Japan”

Alt Design Office provided comprehensive support for JETRO Bangkok’s “Decarbonization Startup Tour,” covering everything from planning and coordination to on-site operations. The team managed meeting arrangements, agenda design, interpretation, and facilitation. Eleven Thai startups in the decarbonization field participated in the program, engaging with Japanese companies and research hubs to explore collaboration opportunities.

Role of Alt Design Office

  • Program design (selection of visit sites, scheduling) and logistics coordination (venue, transportation, interpretation)
  • Coordination among organizers, participants, and host institutions, ensuring seamless execution during the entire program
