Techsauce Global Summit 2025 Japan Pavilion
At the Techsauce Global Summit 2025 held at QSNCC (Queen Sirikit National Convention Center) in Bangkok, Thailand, our team managed the overall Japan Pavilion and side events.
From the initial planning stage through booth design, 3D visualization, on-site construction, and operations, we provided comprehensive support throughout the project.
- Led the overall booth design, spatial planning, and creative direction for both the Pavilion and side events
- Facilitated business matching between Japanese startups and major local companies and investors
- Coordinated with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Fukuoka City, and JETRO to ensure seamless collaboration among multiple stakeholders
- Provided full support from preparation to on-site operations, including visitor engagement and networking promotion
In particular, at the side event “SUSHI PITCH”, we oversaw stage design, spatial production, and on-site management,
creating a unique cross-cultural experience featuring a tuna-cutting show, sushi tasting, and sake sampling.
The event successfully connected Japanese startups with key players in the Southeast Asian market.
A total of 13 companies participated under the support programs of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Fukuoka City, and JETRO,
showcasing cutting-edge technologies across diverse fields including decarbonization, biotechnology, nuclear fusion, telecommunications, and advanced materials.

The Japan Pavilion was established to promote collaboration between Japanese and Thai startups and to enhance the presence of Japanese innovation across the Asian market.
Each participating company presented innovative technologies in fields such as clean energy, healthcare, materials, and environmental sustainability,
engaging in active networking and partnership discussions with local businesses and investors.
Alt Design Office was responsible not only for the Pavilion’s design, construction, and operation,
but also for organizing business matching sessions and facilitating connections between Japanese startups and Thai partners—including corporations, universities, and local governments.
By coordinating meetings and providing follow-up support, we contributed to practical, results-driven market entry assistance for participating startups.
