JETRO Bangkok: Japan Pavilion Planning and Operations Support

We supported the Japan Pavilion organized by JETRO Bangkok at "Asia Sustainable Energy Week 2025," one of Southeast Asia's largest energy exhibitions.

Challenge

There was a need to effectively communicate Japanese companies' decarbonization and energy-related technologies to Thai government agencies, industry associations, and local businesses.

With multiple exhibiting companies participating, we had to coordinate the overall booth presentation, visitor flow, individual corporate exhibits, and on-site operations within a short timeframe.

Our Support

We handled everything from the initial planning and conceptual design of the Japan Pavilion to booth design, construction management, coordination with exhibiting companies, and on-site operations on the days of the event.

We provided comprehensive support for visitor-facing materials, including the design and implementation of invitations, leaflets, signage, and touch-screen display content.

Additionally, we managed PR activities targeting government agencies and industry groups, delivered presentations to visitors, and handled communications in both English and Thai.

Outcome

We successfully created an eye-catching Japan Pavilion within the exhibition venue, attracting a large number of visitors.

Techsauce Global Summit: Japan Pavilion and Side Event Operations Support

We supported the planning and operations of the Japan Pavilion and its official side events involving the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Fukuoka City, and JETRO at "Techsauce Global Summit 2025," one of Southeast Asia's largest IT and startup conferences.

Challenge

Since multiple Japanese startups exhibited under different support tracks from Tokyo, Fukuoka, and JETRO, complex coordination was required across local governments, public organizations, exhibiting companies, and venue officials.

There was a strong need to create an engaging environment that effectively communicated Japanese technologies and services to Southeast Asian corporations and investors, directly leading to networking and business opportunities.

Our Support

Joining the project from the construction planning phase, we provided end-to-end support covering booth design, 3D spatial layout, experiential production, construction management, and on-site operations for the Japan Pavilion.

We facilitated business matchmaking to connect Japanese startups with prominent local enterprises and investors, managing everything from meeting coordination to post-event follow-ups.

For the official side event, "SUSHI PITCH," we designed the stage, managed spatial production, and directed the event flow. We also integrated cultural highlights, such as a live tuna-cutting show and sake tasting, to create an approachable and vibrant environment for networking.
